I was in today to change the cassettes between 2 older road tires as
this is something I have never done, and had no idea what to do.
Troy was extremely helpful and showed me the mechanics of the
cassette, what I needed to do, let me do it for myself so I could
understand what was going on, and gave tips along the way as he was
helping other people. It got busy so I didn't get a chance to say
thanks in person but please pass on my appreciation for all his
great help.
